    Editorial Policy

French Open Insider publishes guides and reference information about the Roland-Garros tournament. This page explains how that content is researched, verified, and maintained.

    Sourcing standards

    • Tournament facts — dates, results, prize money, venue rules — are sourced from the official Roland-Garros / FFT announcements wherever possible, cross-checked against established outlets (ATP/WTA, Olympics.com, major sports media).
    • Champions, scores, and records are verified against at least two independent sources before publication.
    • Where an official figure is not yet published (for example, next year's ticket prices or a future draw), we say so explicitly and label estimates as projections. We do not present speculation as fact.

    Update cadence

Evergreen guides are reviewed around major tennis calendar moments: after each Roland-Garros edition, when the FFT announces dates and ticket-sale windows, and when official prices are published. Time-sensitive pages carry the year they refer to in the title so you always know which edition a figure belongs to.

    Corrections

If you spot an error, email contact@frenchopeninsider.com. Verified corrections are applied to the page directly; substantive corrections are noted in the text.

    Independence and monetization

The site earns commissions from ticket-marketplace links, disclosed in our affiliate disclosure. Partners have no input into editorial content, and we recommend official channels whenever they are the better option for readers — including the official ticket sale at tickets.rolandgarros.com, from which we earn nothing.
